What are your hours of business?

Our hours of business are: Monday – Saturday 10am-9pm & Sunday 11am-5pm

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as debit and cash.

What is your return policy?

Every item sold comes with a “Plays Like New” guarantee! If an item fails to play like new, return it within seven (7) days of purchase for repair or replacement. If we can not repair or replace your item a refund will be given. The original receipt is needed for all returns. We also offer lifetime resurfacing for any disc bought from PrePlayed with proof of purchase (receipt or price tag on case).

All Non-Defective Items must be returned in 3 days from purchase and a 20% Rental/Restock Fee will be applied to each item.

What do I need in order to sell you my items?

You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Drivers License or a State Issued ID in order to sell. All CDs, DVDs, & Video Game discs must have original packaging. All Video Game Systems must have all appropriate cords and controllers. All sellers must be actual owner of items sold. You can only sell once a day. Can I sell my items anytime you are open?

Yes! Anytime we are open for business we will gladly look at your items!

Is there a limit to the number of items I can bring in?

There is no limit to the number of items you can bring in to sell at one time. Although if you do have a very large amount, it may be better to drop them off and let us call you when we are done going through them.

Can you repair my discs that no longer work?

Yes, we can repair CDs, DVDs, and Video Game Discs with light to moderate scratches. Before we attempt to fix your scratched discs, we will inspect them to make sure it is a scratch we can get out. Each resurfacing costs $2.75 plus tax per disc.

Do You Buy PC / Computer Games / Software / VHS?

No, we do not buy PC / Computer Games / Software / VHS.
